It’s that time of year again…time for Fall Mini Sessions! This year I have selected 3 dates, 3 months and 3 locations! I opened this up for pre-sale over the weekend to my email list clients (are you on the list…if not let’s get you signed up so you have early access to these events and get your preferred date and time…you can click on the link at the end of this post)!  We are already SOLD OUT for the October 9th date with limited spots available for the remaining 2 dates. If there is enough interest for October I may try to open up one more date.

Please email for available dates and time slots. I only have a few remaining minis and a few remaining full session slots for 2016 before I close the books and move into 2017. Look forward to seeing you this fall!

As a mom, there are few things that are more precious to me than photos of my kids with ME in them. And sadly, there are very few of those. Let’s face it, we are the ones that are usually taking the photos so it is rare that we get the camera’s turned on us! So I get extra excited when I get to do ‘Mommy and Me’ sessions with kids of all ages. Love this gallery for these 3 pretty girls. Mother/daughter bonds are something special!

I encourage all of my brides and grooms to add an engagement session into their pre-wedding itinerary. In addition to being a great way to get ‘save the date’ photos and simply capture an exciting time, it’s also a great opportunity for us to build our relationship as photographer and client. A lot of couples have never taken professional photos together prior to their wedding day and that’s not always the best day to ‘wing it’. Engagement photos allow us to ease into your big day causally and have some fun along the way. You get to know my style of directing and I get to know how you two interact together. We usually laugh and smile (and laugh again) through the session and come out of it with some amazing images that are not only great as stand alone but also got us some ‘practice’ leading up to the big day.

We did just that with Chelsea and Kevin. They totally claimed to be ‘awkward’ in front of the camera so were anxious to get together and see how that translated. Needless to say, we proved them wrong. In addition to being so so so photogenic, they are so sweet together and clearly a perfect match! I love what we captured for them (and this is just the first half of our session) and cannot wait for their wedding in 2017!
